Need Clarity? Make Space

The rational mind is sooo limited in its understanding of what's possible or available for us. 

 

 

When we are in a space of wondering - what to do next, or what the right action is, the mind will draw us into a lot  of thinking about this. 

 

 

It's really hard for the clarity we seek to come to us when our mind and body are so 'full' with confusion, doubt, worry etc. 

 

 

Ironically, it won't be thinking that will get you the answers you need. 

 

 

It will be creating space. 
 


We need space to tap into higher thinking - 
 


this is where 'out of the blue' ideas flow

brand new solutions come to you

things you had never thought of show up. 

 

 

….it works like magic! 

 

 

  1. Create space in your body with breathwork (we do this a lot in my program, Working Lightly)

  2. Journal out all of the overthinking

  3. Take the morning off

  4. Get out into nature

  5. Put your phone away for the afternoon

  6. Stop checking emails (really needed this reminded this week!)

 


Space and pausing is the last thing your mind wants you to do when you're feeling pressured to work out an answer

 

 

…but I promise you this is how you will uncover the clarity you're seeking.

 

 

It will literally drop in - in the most mundane moment (like when you're in the shower!)
