Episode 8
Why Bigger Is Not Always Better
We are surrounded by cultural messages today that bigger is always better.
That to be worthy, we must go for that next level of success.
That we should always want MORE.
That in order to be doing something of value it must be big, bright and sparkly.
For a lot of us, the pursuit of ‘big’ can be exhausting and completely drain our energy.
Especially when it’s driven by certain parts of ourselves that don’t feel good enough....yet.
In this episode I discuss:
Why bigger is not always better when it comes to what you are creating or working towards in your life
How parts of me that were not feeling good enough led me astray in my work and in my business and what I did about that & what I focus on now instead
How comparison can cause us to miss signs & distract us from pursuing the thing we are supposed to be doing
What the 'training ground' is why it's vital in setting us for what's to come next
How to get off the ‘I’m not there yet’ train and discover what life is asking you to do right now that will actually get you 'there'.
