When Things Aren’t Working Out
Do you ever get frustrated that things aren’t working out the way you want them to?
Maybe you had a vision or a timeline in mind about how things were going to go…buuuuut life had other plans.
When we are used to achieving and succeeding, what happens is we unconsciously hook our self worth to what we do and how much we do.
Culturally we celebrate success. We learn to validate ourselves when things are going according to our plan.
But no one really taught us what to do when things don't appear to be working.
It's easy to feel good about ourselves when we are achieving and succeeding, but how do we feel about ourselves when things aren't lining up the way we had envisioned?
In this episode, I discuss some of the biggest personal lessons I’ve expereienced when it comes to success and achievement.
It’s for you if:
You’re feeling frustrated that things aren’t happening in the timing or way you had envisioned.
You have a history of being hard on yourself and can dip in and out of confidence in yourself and what you’re doing
