The Soul Retreat is being held in an idyllic spot in Palm Beach, Waiheke Island.
An opportunity for you to switch off and step into a supportive and relaxing space.
The Retreat will be a combination of powerful guided coaching sessions, energetic alignment work and personal relaxation time.
You will also enjoy delicious whole food lunches and snacks each day.
Waiheke Island, with its long sandy beaches, rocky bays and laid back energy, makes a perfect location for an end of year Retreat.
The Soul Retreat is here to support you to a beautiful breakthrough and expansion as the year comes to a close.
Small and intimate
You’ll be connecting with me in a relaxed and intimate setting across 2 days.
You’ll be joined by a small number of soul sisters who are on the same journey as you.
It’s intimate, with places limited to 6 women.

In addition to the guided sessions, there will also be time for you to ‘be’ and relax.
You can explore the bays on a kayak or paddleboard (provided)
Walk on the beach
Relax on the huge sunny deck set in a peaceful tropical garden.
There will also be plenty of opportunities for us to chat and connect in an informal way over the 2 days.
You’ll leave refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to expand and rise into a new level in your life.
The finer details…
The Retreat is being held on Saturday 5th November and Sunday 6th November 2021.
The Retreat will begin at 9:30am each day and run through to approximately 5:30pm.
Delicious wholefoods lunches and snacks will be provided.
The venue is located in an idyllic and private area of Palm Beach.
Accommodation, flights and transfers aren’t included.
In the event that restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic are imposed which mean it becomes impractical, unsafe or impossible to hold the Retreat, I will transfer the date for the Retreat to an alternate date. You will be consulted on this date as it would be my intention to find a date everyone could attend, however, I cannot guarantee that the revised date will suit all attendees . If for some reason you can't attend the new date, you will receive the equivalent value in private coaching sessions where we would go through the Retreat content in a 1:1 setting.
