Do Less Attract More: Normalising Self Nourishment

There’s that quote we see floating around social media “your dreams won’t work unless you do”

While there’s some obvious truth to that statement - I don’t believe that we have to sacrifice our well-being in order to achieve what we want. 

Some of the most abundant and beautiful manifestations and outcomes have occurred in my life as a result of rest. 

Self-nourishment is my secret life hack! 

Do you worry about what might happen if you stepped back and slowed down? Would you still achieve? Would your manifestations arrive?

Have you got all of the tools and 'know how' but you find it hard to prioritize yourself?
