About Annabelle Matson

Annabelle Matson is a certified Coach based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

After leaving her corporate career in HR, Annabelle has spent the last 9 years supporting her global client base to move past the barriers that hold them back, build deeper self belief & achieve their dreams and goals in a lighter, more sustainable way.

She works with clients in private 1:1 coaching, runs an intimate group coaching program Working Lightly several times a year, and hosts the podcast, Steep Your Soul.

Outside of work, Annabelle is married to Ben and Mum to Eloise, a very busy toddler! She loves to spend time outdoors, cook food for her family and friends to enjoy and has a passion for natural health and wellness.
