Topic #1:

Self Belief, Success and Sitting In Sufficiency

(Suitable for an audience of women)

Even though there is a greater emphasis on creating opportunities for women to succeed professionally, the workplace can be a challenging and competitive environment for us.

We have been conditioned to doubt our abilities, second-guess ourselves, and often believe that we are not deserving of the success we desire. As we pursue our career goals, there can often be a pressure to project competence and strength, making it difficult to have open conversations about these struggles.

In my experience, challenges in self belief impacts almost all professional women, even those who have demonstrated success at a high level.

Self belief plays a crucial role in our experience of work - not only in what we achieve but also in how we feel about ourselves as we achieve.

Strong self belief means we can step out of the exhausting cycle of striving to prove our worth to others and embrace a much lighter way of working and living.

It frees up mental space. It allows our bodies to feel lighter and more relaxed.

It means we can think more creatively and channel this renewed energy into taking on new challenges, seeking out opportunities that advance our careers.

Self belief supports us to feel more settled as we move beyond the confines of our comfort zone.

As we walk into new opportunities, we know without a doubt that we’re capable and that we belong in these spaces.

Inside this signature talk I discuss:

  • Self belief and the immense power it has to not only change how we feel as we work, but also the opportunities we allow ourselves to step into

  • The importance of bringing awareness to our thoughts and beliefs and how they impact our experience at work

  • How to identify the (often unconscious) thoughts and beliefs that may be limiting you or holding you back from believing more deeply in yourself

  • A step by step process to use in your daily life, to shift and change your thoughts to build deeper confidence, trust and belief in yourself. This will enable you to not only step forward and claim more expansive opportunities for yourself in your career, but will also change how you feel about yourself as you do.

Topic #2:

Navigating Workplace Stress: Tools for Resilience

(Suitable for an audience of men and women)

Working in a fast-paced environment can be simultaneously exciting and demanding. Our nervous system will inevitably respond to this intensity, regardless of our competence and experience.

The degree to which stress in the workplace impacts us is directly related to how well we can understand and process stress in our body and mind.

When we are equipped with tools and techniques to process stress that comes up in our work day, firstly we feel better. We’re less on edge, we feel more relaxed and peaceful.

Because our nervous system feels more settled, we no longer operate from a reactive state, we have access to more clear, creative thinking and can problem solve more effectively.

We can stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations and have more resilience when faced with challenges or setbacks.

Knowing how to process our stress means creating a separation between work and home life feels easier, which enhances the balance between these two worlds.

Inside this talk I discuss:

  • How our nervous system shows us we are stressed and the unique way our bodies respond to stress

  • A practical step-by-step process to support your body and mind when experiencing stress, so you can guide yourself back to a more calm, restful and grounded state in a matter of minutes

  • Practices to use during your working day when challenges arise so you can stay focussed in high pressure situations

  • Tips to decompress and let go of the day to switch more easily into ‘home mode’, to create a healthier balance between the work day and home life

Topic #3:

The Art of 'Working Light' for True Work-Life Harmony

Achieving true work-life harmony means going further than changing our behaviour and actions at the surface level (such as getting away from work in good time or maintaining interests outside of work); it involves transforming the way we engage with our work.

Shifting from 'working heavy' to 'working light' means moving away from traditional, masculine-driven work patterns that can lead to burnout and frustration.  To create genuine work-life balance, we must embrace more feminine qualities in how we work and lead, a style of working I call “working light”.

The “working light” style supports individuals to work with more ease, resilience, and a deep understanding of their own worth and that of others.  It means we can achieve more of what we want in our work life, and step into bigger opportunities, while feeling restful and balanced in our body and mind.

Incorporating these principles into our work approach leads to a more fulfilling and sustainable work-life balance, where we can thrive both personally and professionally.

In this signature talk, I discuss:

  • Recognising the Pitfalls of 'Working Heavy’ - understand and recognise the masculine driven work patterns that lead to burn out, frustration and disillusionment at work

  • Harnessing the Power of Feminine Qualities in Work - explore the profound benefits of integrating feminine qualities into your work style and why this is so effective

  • Making The Transition To ‘Working Light’ - how to initiate the shift toward a "working light" approach, a work style that feels more gentle on the mind, body, and nervous system, while supporting you to achieve all of your desired outcomes

  • Transforming Your Work Relationship for Greater Enjoyment: Strategies to change the way you engage with work to infuse more enjoyment into your daily experiences, even when faced with work challenges
